[Metal Gear Mario Trailer]

I'm not saying it's bad

but have you read what it says when you submit a flash? FOR DEMOS AND UNFINISHED WORK, SUBMIT YOUR CONTENT TO THE ALPHAS.. or something to that effect. Oh by the way I actually watched it now and I take my first words back, it IS bad, just a few sprites jumping about... but I did like the preloader. Anyways, bottom line is, don't upload pointless demo's here. I know you get the urge to show off what you're working on, I've done it myself long time ago, but just don't do it, it's unnecessary and its boring and its bringing anticipation down and not up for your movie. Well, good luck finishing it. Hope it does turn out alot better than this trailer.

There isn't one! Not to say I am/was completely against the war, but whatever. Oh yeah and this flash isn't anything special.

Great film! So true to the original game, yet you manage to squeeze in some very plausible and befitting story elements (when the red character disappears). Great job!

Wow!

Great that your other submission is on the frontpage so that more people may see this little gem. This was in some ways even better than "Dad's home". The style is flawless, and so are the graphics (very different from "Dad's home", that's a sign of a true artist). Even the music's kinda catchy and surely that ass-load of work must have been... an ass-load! I don't think the time was wasted though. Truly great! on a sidenote... so this is where Japanese people get all those crazy video-game ideas from..! Dreams..!

hehe that's great

That was a great short. It's based on such a simple idea, yet it's so brilliant! The pacing was great but a lot better in the second half of the film. The first 20 seconds were perhaps a bit lacking but only if you compare it to the greatness of what's coming after that. still, a bit uneven but hell who gives a crap.
Graphics made me think of both Black and White Drama theather and Synj (if one necessarily must draw parallels to portal-people... but hey we're all amateurs aren't we).
Liked the music, at least the first song (second was so-so). But the stills when he's playing on his magical guitar... frickin' classic! also, made me think of FLCL, at least that one shot when he first gets the guitar. not that I'm a fan of anime but FLCL is quite something! anyways great job, keep it real, oh yeah and if you're up for it take a look at my movie "Ah! Mr Schultz". not really the same kind of humour but whatever.
