[Evolution of Animation]

lovely

some great animation here, too bad it stopped a little bit too early. I'd have liked to see some coloured animation. well, you can't have it all, I suppose.

Nice and smooth animation, although it sometimes was a little too simple (the clapping hands, for example). great illustrations. the sound quality wasn't that good, which you're of course aware of. the voices were ok. anyway, great work!

yeah, that was pretty weird. a shame you spent so little time on the graphics but one can't be bothered all the bloody time, innit? I must say, I'm really impressed by your use of different camera angles and your comic timing. you, dear sir, are very talented.

[NG Survivor - Trailer]

seriously

this particular submission is very sucky for a number of reasons.
1) It's just a copy of Eric's NG survivor! couldn't you've copied another reality TV-show, like Big Brother? that would still not be original, but way better than this clone.
2) The characters are almost the same as NG survivor! COME ON!
3) This is just another stupid trailer, only showing a couple of portal characters you've traced from the originals. ARE WE SUPPOSED TO BE FUCKING IMPRESSED OR WHAT? I'm so fucking tired with all these 2-second long trailers for "work in progress"... yeah, work in progress for 1 hour! no substance. no nothing.

not your average portal entry, which fo course is a good thing. loved the character design, especially the flies.

the audio is really old, but I must say this 8-bit reenactment is really good, but I wonder if the sound-file still isn't funnier without the visual help. well... great job, anyway. loved the different "camera angles", like when the screen got thin... um you knwo what I mean :)

...but not very comprehehensible! could have been much better, was a bit incoherent. too much text and too little visual explanation. all they did was basically kill each other. great idea though, do more and you'll eventually get the hang of it.

needs better graphics

character design was alright, animation poor, backdrops - horrible. think you could do loads better on that. good fun though, but maybe you should work a little more on the voices. the voice acting was alright, but the quality wasn't the best and it was impossible to understand what the kid said.

need voices, desperately. and better graphics. the character design isn't as original as you seem to think it is (yes, he's got massive sideburns, unique huh), and could need some defining. animation was sub-par and nearly non-existent, but I've gotta hand it to ya, nice style, still.

loved it! the freaky character design was so wonderful! if there is one complaint, it's the end, the fact that the bloke with the bad aura dies. to me, the film would have been better if it just ended while he stood there, looking down. yeah yeah whatever. make more serious shorts, you devil you.
