yeah, that's right. have a go at the bottom of the society. We've got a saying for this in Sweden: Lick upwards, kick downwards. When you commit the mistake of becoming a drug addict, you need help to get out of it. Everybody (well, almost) has tried out drugs, many try again, and some get addicted. Others do not. Others are sitting in front of their computers, watching this flash and saying "Yeah, fucking crackheads, they should all be killed". Life isn't sweet, life isn't fair. In the US the society puts the blame for everything on those at the bottom of the society. I'm proud not to come from such a society.

And this is from the maker of Corporate Puppet? This is too weird. Suppose all Americans are alike in some things.

I'd be lying if I said one of the reasons I find this crappy is that this one beat my game Another Weird Ordeal to the number 1 spot in game of the week. THIS IS NO GAME AND I DESERVE THAT SPOT! (right, I know you thought "Movie / Interactive film" but agree, this shoulda been entered as a movie! you make one single choice...and you become game of the week!)

right, now that the anger, irritation and envy part is taken care of, for the film:

Nice graphics, obviously, but did you make them on your own? NO! Yeah yeah, you cut it out from the games which is a real shitjob. the only thing you did was Mario's hands when he's looking surprised (if that what it's supposed to look like). And I think that looked stupid.
Animation is kind of smooth, but I feel there's something missing when Sonic is doing his spin attack. And the slow motion thing, when Sonic's attacking Mario or something...that looks crappy, he's too poorly animated.

As for the music, it's perfect. Not a hard choice really. Sound FX are perfectly timed.

Now for something else. Randy, I understand you're proud of being number 1, but do you really think you deserve it? Sure, you've put quite some work into this, but all in all it's just (another brick in the wall, sorry, couldn't help myself) some blokes beating each other up. Look at Genyu's Blade and Xiao Xiao 3. Blokes beating each other up, but done with tons more style and better looking graphics (their own graphics too). Sure, it's not a bad flash, and it's not your "fault" it's in the top 50, you only made something people like. But you should not pretend that you've made something wonderful, "hey people, help me defending this piece of art from all bashers". reason for all the bashers voting X or 0 is that they don't think it's worth the attention it's got. Hell, I don't think it deserves the attention but I decided to vote with my heart (3). Of course, you can't undo what's been done. This one will remain in at least the top10, I bet. But it's really not worth it.

great use of jpg-backgrounds rather than drawing everything in flash... can't see why nobody else is doing it this way, because it looks amazingly good. Just one thing: in the other trailer (the stolen one) the animations of those robbers weren't quite that good. especially the mouths looked rather bad... well, great work anyway.

this is like some boring assassin game, "Kill the celebrity, oh, in two ways", well, it's nt funny. You can't have spent very much time on this! Then why submit this demo? And still you've got 3.54! It sickens me! People! Just because you've played the bloody game on SNES you needn't rate it high! This movie does not deserve it! Maybe the final version will (although I doubt it), but this does not!

it felt like I've seen this before...but not this boring. this looks kinda good, I have to admit, but the theme...man, this is Newgrounds! OK, that doesn't mean you have to include blood violence and sex, but that was a bloody children show! Like something went wrong at Hanna Barbera studios...no, I really can't see what this is doing on the top-50.
