Hi guys. Long time no post! Can't believe I haven't had anything worth posting about here for 10 whole years. Where did the years go...?

I've recently launched a Kickstarter for a Japanese hanafuda deck which also doubles as a Western deck and can be used to play almost any damn game you want, even including an original Werewolf-type of social deduction game for up to 9 players.

There's a limited edition being made by Oishi Tengudo, the world's oldest card maker and Nintendo's oldest rival, and a cheaper standard edition made by me and friends and family. Both are being made by hand in the traditional manner. If that sounds interesting to you, if the pictures above look like something you might like, then you should head over to Kickstarter and become a backer, pronto.

And yeah if you used to like my games and stuff or whatever, why don't you drop a line below, let me know what time has done to you the past decade.

Lee-Lee's Quest 2

Wish I could upload it here, but alas, it's up to Adult Swim.

The biggest game I've ever made! Maybe not the best, but definitely the biggest, most polished, and no doubt longest.

Lee-Lee's Quest 2 on Adult Swim!!

I've always treated Newgrounds as my portfolio site but for the first time, I've made an agreement where I'm not allowed to upload a game here. I guess I'm a sell-out then, but yah, that's what real life is like. Also I've been the biggest fan of Adult Swim since way back so it feels really awesome to be able to say I've made actual original content for them. Big thanks to Tomamoto for the excellent voice acting and Zach Striefel for the wonderful music.

Play my latest game Lee-Lee's Quest exclusively on Adult Swim Games! (btw, you can move just fine, just make sure you've clicked inside the flash window, and wait for the intro to finish).

The game is sort of a return to my older games Free Will - The Game and You Only Live Once, in that it's a simple platformer that tries to make you laugh with a little twist to the good ol' Mario mechanics. I owe so much to Mario, I keep copying the hell out of his games no matter what I do.

I've written a really long script for a much funnier, much more twisted sequel already but it's up to Adult Swim whether it happens or not, as they've bought the IP rights. I do also have 2-3 nearly finished games I'm hoping to release on Newgrounds in the near future though! So until then, guys! Love ya

My new game on Adult Swim!

Today it's 10 years ago I released my first flash game on Newgrounds! I was gonna write a long post about how things have changed for me and for Newgrounds and for flash games in general since then but never mind! I'll sum it up as "I HEART NG". Cheers and see you again in 10 years!

Experimental Gameplay in 10 seconds

This is my last throw-away game you'll see from me in a while, hopefully. My next two releases will be a bit more impressive, I hope.

Still not bad for a 10 second game, I'd say!

My latest game! I think it's pretty cool, actually. Looking for a sponsor right now, will upload it to the portal once things are finalized. Music from my favourite chipsters Pelle och Ponta. What do you think?

It's hard to believe that in roughly 8 months or so, I will have been an Newgrounds member for 10 years. Gotta come up with a way to celebrate that somehow... Maybe finally go visit the NG office? Bet Philadelphia is real cold in February though... I wish they'd relocate to Hawai'i!

Yeah, it's true. I was one of ten people to present their games (mine was You Only Live Once) at the Sense of Wonder Night, an event sponsored by Sony/Nintendo/Microsoft(!) held at the Tokyo Game Show this year. Super big thanks to Kongregate and the really cool people who helped pay for my trip. I was nervous as hell but the presentation went down pretty well. If you don't believe me, there's even an official Youtube video of the presentation online. I'm embarrased about my Swedish accent but what the hell, at least I look good, so I'll post it.

I was stoked to see that Behemoth had a booth at the show and had a short chat with Dan Paladin but he had no idea who I was so I felt a bit like just another stupid fan, instead of "I love your stuff too, man!" (Tom would have recognized me, I'm sure!)

Also, I'm on twitter now. If you want to get the latest updates on my games, do follow me :) I'll probably have a really small parody game up by monday for a Japanese 48hr flash game comp.

Vote for Doeo at the E4 game of the year awards!

Also, if you missed my last news post, have a look at that too! I've been selected to showcase You Only Live Once at the TOKYO GAME SHOW in front of 500 people or so in 2 weeks time (we're talking about an actual presentation in front of media and real game developers, not a booth).
